Dr. Shabnam Shaikh holds a Post Doctoral Fellowship from Malaysia, a PhD in Computer Science and Engineering, an ME in Information Technology from SPPU, and a BE in Computer Engineering from SPPU. With an impressive 21 years of teaching experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her counseling role. Dr. Shabnam is a patient listener, a quality crucial for understanding and addressing the unique needs and concerns of students. Dr. Shabnam recognizes that students often feel pressured by external influences during the course selection process. She believes that one-to-one counseling provides a platform for students to better understand their options, alleviating the stress caused by expectations from elders and peers. Dr. Shabnam advocates for a progressive exam approach, where all revisions for exams are done in the class itself. She supports exams designed to encourage students to think out of the box, fostering creativity and critical thinking.
