Refund and Cancellation Policy - Kisko Puchu

Thank you for choosing Kisko Puchu for your psychometric assessment tests and one-on-one counseling session services. We strive to provide high-quality services to our customers. Please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:

Refunds: Psychometric Assessment Tests: i. Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for psychometric assessment tests once the product has been accessed or downloaded. ii Individual Counseling: Refunds for individual counseling sessions are available if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. A cancellation fee of 10% of the session cost will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative expenses. ii. Group Counseling: Refunds for group counseling sessions are available if the cancellation is made at least one week before the scheduled session. A cancellation fee of 10% of the session cost will be deducted from the refund to cover administrative expenses.
Cancellations: a. Psychometric Assessment Tests: i. Digital Products: Once a digital product is purchased and accessed or downloaded, it cannot be canceled.

b. One-on-One Counseling Sessions: i. Individual Counseling: If you need to cancel an individual counseling session, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, the session fee will be non-refundable. ii. Group Counseling: If you need to cancel a group counseling session, please notify us at least one week before the scheduled session. If you cancel within one week of the session, the session fee will be non-refundable.

Please note:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Kisko Puchu reserves the right to modify or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on our website.
